Shipping Guide
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
- Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items with different availability dates may be shipped separately.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping carrier.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, order processing may be delayed. We will ensure your order is processed as soon as conditions permit.
Shipping Methods and Locations
- Carriers: We primarily ship via DHL or DX.
- Free Shipping: Available for most locations within the United Kingdom.
- Additional Charges:
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Isle of Man, and Alderney: £30 per package.
- Northern Ireland: Starting from £10 per package.
- Some remote or offshore areas (e.g., Scilly Isles, Shetland, Scottish Islands) may not be serviceable. We will contact you for an alternate address or cancel and refund your order within 2 working days if delivery is not possible.
- Excluded Locations: We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.
- Taxes: All prices include a 20% VAT.
Damaged Items and Claims
Elite Comforthub takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your products arrive undamaged. However, if your item is damaged in transit:
- Immediate Action: Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package at support@elitecomforthub.co.uk
- Documentation: Provide detailed photographs of any visible or operational damage to assist in processing your claim with the carrier.
Order Tracking
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email once your order is placed.
- Shipping Notification: A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your item has shipped, including tracking information.
- Online Tracking: You can track your order 24/7 by signing in to your Elite Comforthub account on our ‘Track Your Order’ page.
Additional Notes
- Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your payment, as this is the address we will ship to.
- Returns: We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the product does not meet your expectations or if you placed the wrong order after it has been shipped.
