We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all tags and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

- Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Return Process
A: Non-Quality Related Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your replacement. Contact us to request a return label and understand the applicable charges.
- Self-Shipment: You may return the item at your own cost. Contact us before doing so to expedite the process. Provide us with the order details and return tracking number for quicker processing.
B: Quality or Issue Related Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us with details and photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial replacement.
- Received the Wrong Item:
- Keep the Item: You may choose to keep the incorrect item at a discounted price.
- Return for Replacement: Request a return label and choose between a replacement. Contact us once the item is returned.
- Item Damaged Upon Delivery: If you receive a damaged item, refuse the delivery and take photos of the damage. Contact us to arrange for a return and replacement
- Package Lost: If your package does not arrive by the expected date, check with neighbors and the shipping company first. If it remains lost, contact us to initiate a lost package claim. We will resolve the issue once the shipping company’s investigation is complete.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no additional charge. Contact us promptly with your order details to ensure a swift cancellation within two business days.
- After Shipment: Cancellation after shipment will incur a recall cost. If you wish to cancel, contact us and we will assist in stopping the delivery.
Warranty
Elite Comforthub provides a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for purchases made through elitecomforthub.co.uk.
